Construction Update

Construction update announcing upcoming construction items for Week of
April 11 - 15, 2011

 

Water Line Installation Continues on City Hall Plaza 

 

Despite several days of rain, the City Hall Plaza construction project
continues to progress. This week, Lanier Construction continues to
install a new water line that will serve City Hall. 

 

Once the water line installation is complete, work will resume on the
new storm drainage system, which includes several new water quality
devices to help filter stormwater runoff. 

 

City Hall Plaza remains open through all of the road construction. 

 

The contractor continues to coordinate and maintain access to the
loading dock and City Hall entrances. The loading dock driveway
reconstruction will begin in late April. During this two week period,
there will be no access to the loading dock.

City Hall Annex Project

The roof repairs for the City Hall Annex will continue next week and is
proceeding as scheduled. For more information regarding this project,
