[Durham INC] Lane Closure on Duke Street

Weather permitting, NCDOT will begin working on Duke Street tonight.
Work will occur on Duke Street between NC 147 (Durham Freeway) to Club
Boulevard from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. 

 

Contractors will close lanes to isolate paving work. The remainder of
the street will be open to the motorist. No detours are necessary but
motorists should expect delays.

 

Residents are asked to removed all parked vehicles from Duke Street
until the repaving work is complete. 

 

NCDOT continues to work on Gregson Street and Vickers Avenue from 9 a.m.
- 4 p.m.  Night work will resume on Monday, May 9 between 7 p.m.  and 6
a.m.
