If you care to diminish the direct point you made earlier -which you've now deviated from- by playing chase the dog, you can do so via telephone with me (just as when you first encouraged me to initiate this discussion via telephone).

As for this, I'll remain on-target and re-assert the fact, not opinion, that INC needs to establish policy that provides guidelines for issues, by which we entertain issues.

The rest is irrelevant, as far as I am concerned.
