[Durham INC] change in our pockets

This also doesn't take into consideration the amount of money we pay for
owning/maintaining an automobile instead of using transit, biking, or
walking. Since moving from Boston my expendable income has stayed the
same even though my mortgage is half my rent.
Durham is still a great place to live though. I just can't wait for
light rail to get built.
