[Durham INC] change in our pockets

Durham came in second in this survey of where people have the most left over after they pay for housing.  Raleigh doesn't even get mentioned.  Nyeh-nyeh, neh,neh,ya.  Of course, this doesn't deal with the many in Durham who don't make the big salaries......
