[Durham INC] 751 development: judge in protest petition case

Please don't stop following this case.

It looks like the 751 development team (SDD) wants a new judge in the twice-continued (at their request) court case over Durham county's questionably invalidated protest petition.

County Commissioner elections are on the doorstep -- the handling of this 751 development saga should certainly be at the forefront when deciding how to vote in the primaries later this year...

In the meantime, please write new Commissioner Karriker with your concerns:
