[Durham INC] Open House on NC54 Corridor plan -- THIS MONDAY

There was an open house in Durham earlier.
If you go through the intersection of I40 and NC54 (to get to Creekside Elementary, for example), you should really care about this.










        












Minor correction on time: 3-6 PM, in Council Chambers, Chapel Hill Town Hall. 
There is a public forum at the 7 PM Town Council meeting, which forum would start around 7:30.
The "study area" for this plan was set to include (at my request three years ago) land as far northwestas the Pope/Ephesus Road roundabout and Creekside Elementary. Some of you may have discovered that Creekside traffic heading back into Southwest Durham virtually shuts down southbound FarringtonRoad on school days between about 3:35 and 4 PM. That's your access to NC 54.
