[Durham INC] Agenda for February 28 Meeting

INC Delegates,
I am attaching the agenda for tomorrow night's meeting, along with a proposed resolution for INC consideration.
Please remember that we are meeting at the Neighborhood Improvement Services Conference Room on the Third Floor of Building #2 at the Golden Belt Arts Complex, 807 E. Main St.

I am disappointed to announce that I am removing Rick Hester's presentation of the Periodic Rental Inspection Program from the agenda. This was done at Rick's request because NIS is still tweaking their proposal, and it has not been passed by the City Council.  I suggested to Rick that we still might like to discuss the issues involved on a more informal basis, but he prefers not to.
That said, if other people wish to discuss this, I am completely open to having a discussion.  I am also happy to entertain any last-minute requests for items to be added to the agenda.
Kevin Hall will be talking about the Traffic Separation Study.  This could potentially be a serious issue for a lot of neighborhoods and a lot of commuters.  So please try to arrive promptly.
