If anyone thinks it's reasonable to build this size mixed-use development with well-water, they are out of their minds.

I mean, all of the players here are well aware of Kentington Heights in SW Durham.
KH homeowners have been having problems with their well water for as long as I can remember...that's why many have been trying to get the whole neighborhood sold for commercial development (the owners of Walmart was the latest)

Why on earth would we want to create a bigger monster in this regard?
