[Durham INC] Register to vote! Tomorrow is deadline

I assume most people on this list registered to vote years ago, but if you know someone who has moved or will turn 18 by November 6, they have until tomorrow to get their voter registration forms post-marked or turned in.  
Note that 17-year-olds who will be 18 on the day of the general election can vote in the primary.  The philosophy is that if you don't have anyone you want to vote for in November, it isn't a real choice, so we have to let folks who will have a vote in November have a voice in the primary.  
If you moved and updated your registration when you changed your driver's license, don't assume it worked.  It probably did, but sometimes doesn't.  You can check on it at: https://www.ncsbe.gov/VoterLookup.aspx?Feature=voterinfo
