[Durham INC] Homes sold in Durham minus mineral rights -- Fracking to come?

I'm thankful for this list-serve, I look forward to hearing more about 
fracking, especially if it's a possibility that houses are being sold 
with the mineral rights withheld.  Thank you Melissa!
