This appears to be 'The Trails at Southpoint' (an ironic name since they don't appear to want to make much effort to preserve natural areas).

Should we keep an eye out for Westpoint as well?

This would not be the Westpoint at 751 Development, would it?

If so, I'd like to share with the list serv a very concerning series of interactions I had with this developer (Montgomery Development, out of Chapel Hill), as it relates to a client of mine that desired to open a Denny's in said location.
