Durham County Library Hosts Historical Romance Author Katharine Ashe

About:  Durham County Library hosts Katharine Ashe, one of Booklist's "New Stars of Historical Romance," for a discussion of the romance fiction genre and industry on Sunday, July 15 at 3 p.m. at North Regional Library, 221 Milton Rd. She will read from her new book, How to Be a Proper Lady.  A book signing will follow the discussion.
Said Ashe, "I love romance-the high adventure, pure emotion and rich sensuality of a hero and heroine's journey together."
Ms. Ashe is the winner of the 2011 Reviewers' Choice Award, and Library Journal praises her "lushly intense romance" for its "radiant prose."  She is also a professor of European history at Duke University.
