[Durham INC] petition for veto of state bill to force water for 751 South development

It's my understanding that S229 is full of loopholes and rollbacks that benefit polluters, which would affect development practices in Durham including the 751 S development, while H953 delays cleanup of pollution in the Jordan Lake watershed.

Melissa,

Am I misreading? It appears to be a petition on the two year delay in Jordan Lake cleanup, not water for 751 South. I believe that was defeated in the Senate.

I think the clean-up delay is a big deal but it's not 751. My recollection is that Greensboro requested it.

Best

Please read the following petition about the state  bill to force Durham to provide water to 751 South and consider signing it.
