Another good place for a long run is further down the tobacco trail in Wake
and Chatham county. It's shady, flat, and soft fine gravel. If you want
something hilly and challenging, Umstead is great. It is also shady.

I have family in town that were planning on a 13 mile run tomorrow morning
on the ATT. Given the recent incidents on the trail, can anybody suggest
another good 13 mile run that would be easy for out-of-town folk to find?

Thanks,
