[Durham INC] [pac2] safe running places

Hi Josie:
 
I keep meaning to try the route used for the Rambling Rose Half Marathon in October. They would just need to watch traffic and stay on sidewalks. You can google the course.
 
There is a good 5K distance at Duke Forest if they didn't mind doing it multiple times. And the course that's used for the Angels Among Us 5K (one of my favorite 3 miles in the city).
 
Also, look up routes in Durham on mapmyrun.com
 
I hope they enjoy running in Durham!

I have family in town that were planning on a 13 mile run tomorrow morning on the ATT.  Given the recent incidents on the trail, can anybody suggest another good 13 mile run that would be easy for out-of-town folk to find?
