Text Amendment TC1200007 is a privately initiated request that proposes revisions to the limited use standards in paragraph 5.3.4Q of the Unified Development Ordinance(UDO) regarding paintball and similar recreation facilities on natural sites.   This text amendment would revise the allowable building floor area for facilities located within the Rural Tier, permitting a graduated increase in floor area based upon the acreage of the site. The current standards limit all facilities to a maximum building floor area to 750 square feet. No public hearings have been scheduled at this time, but notices will be sent and published as required for any future public hearings.
