The City of Durham is going through a process to optimize Downtown parking for all users and improve the overall customer experience for residents, business owners, and visitors. In an effort to hear from the broader public, an online survey has been created to solicit feedback (https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/DowntownDurhamParkingStudy).  Responses to this online survey will be used to help develop the recommendations and strategies in the ongoing Downtown Parking Management Plan.
