New "CityLife" Now Airing on DTV8

New Episode Now on DTV8 and "On Demand" on City's YouTube Channel

 

With an increase in violent crime in 2011, Durham's community's leaders
took action and formed the Violent Crime Reduction Roundtable to look at
ways to reduce gun violence. This month, "CityLife" Host Beverly B.
Thompson is joined by Durham Mayor William V. "Bill" Bell to talk about
the work of this group and the specific strategies now being used by law
enforcement and the courts.

 

"CityLife" also chats with Karl Kimball, co-founder of Amerazil Golf and
operator of the City-owned Hillandale Golf Course, about recent
improvements to the "granddaddy" of area golf courses and why you and
your family should check it out.
