[Durham INC] EPA stormwater rules

INCers,

Given Durham's discussions surrounding stormwater control measures, the 
magazine, Stormwater, has a nice overview with NYU's Center for Policy 
Integrity's views on the EPA's new rules, now scheduled to come down as 
early as June 2013. These rules will have a strong emphasis on green 
infrastructure and innovative approaches to using stormwater as a resource.
