[Durham INC] INC Resolution on Proposed University-College Zoning

[Interneighborhood Council]

Hello Members of the Council,

The InterNeighborhood Council of Durham passed the attached resolution on
University College Zoning at its regular monthly meeting on September 25.
 Basically, INC believes that if the Council adopts the proposed UC-2
zoning type, it should be limited to state-owned universities and colleges.
