Is there any oversight or data on the proportion of funds donated to
locally based nonprofits? A way to know what is going to overheard (staff
and conferences) versus directly to serving the needs of the people (food
or services)? It would be nice to see a verified data like this, so all
donators know how much of their dollars end up reaching those on in need.

Weather 100%, 50%, or less, it would be good to know exact figures and or,
verifiable percentages of direct effect.
