[Durham INC] Keep Durham Beautiful Community Grants Deadline is Thursday January 31 at midnight

The Keep Durham Beautiful Community Grant deadline is Thursday January
31, 2013 for spring grants. The next deadline will be August 31, 2013.
This grant program, funded entirely through donations and fundraisers,
provides bi-annual grants of up to $500 to help support volunteer-based
projects organized by community members, organizations, neighborhood
groups or teachers in Durham who want to take greater responsibility for
their community environment. Grants are awarded on a reimbursement basis
following successful completion of the project phase. Projects under
consideration must be related to Keep Durham Beautiful's focus issues of
litter prevention, recycling, beautification and community greening.
