Myers,

Because you're reading this on the digest, you may not have realized that Mr. King did reply at 6:47 this morning.  He told me that the people involved did not have to put up a curbside box, and I passed that along to them.  So this matter seems to have been resolved for now.  

It is annoying that this continues to happen, but in this case Mr. King appears to have settled in quick and efficiently.
