Durham YouthWork Internship Program Connects Youth with Employers - New
"CityLife" Tells You How

Begins Tonight on DTV8 and "On Demand" on YouTube

 

Do you have a teen looking for work? For many years, the City of Durham
has hosted a youth work program to give local teens the opportunity to
do just that. "CityLife" host Beverly B. Thompson is joined by the
City's Office of Economic and Workforce Development Director Kevin Dick
to talk about the big changes to this year's program, a new partnership
with Durham County Government and Durham Public Schools, and how local
businesses can help.

 

"CityLife" also chats with Sensus North America Logistics & Traffic
Manager Steven Williams about why this Triangle company has chosen to
participate in the newly expanded Durham YouthWork Internship Program
and why other businesses should get involved too.
