I am just now reading through all of these emails since the holiday.  

Tom's points cannot be emphasized enough; we've 'officially' been dealing with this issue since early 2011.  

The non-responsiveness (defined for these purposes as actual, postal business practice not aligning with the delivered, administrative verbiage provided to us) of the postal leadership has been disheartening, to say the least.
