[Durham INC] Night of Lights reminder - Decemebr 15

For those who use the ancient Durham Women's Club formula, Night of Lights
will be on December 15 this year.  That's the earliest it can be (always the
last Sunday before December 22).  Watts- Hillandale is gearing up for that
date.  I believe that Northgate Park may also be shooting for that target as
well.  I haven't heard from Trinity Park, Duke Park, or the other
neighborhoods who sponsor a NOL event.
