Durham Offers Lien Law, Energy Code and Permitting Seminar
Second Seminar in Free FY13-14 Series Designed to Support Business Growth

What:              "North Carolina Lien Law, Energy Code, and Durham City/County Permitting" - Seminar #2 in the FY13-14 Workshop Series for Small Businesses

Fast Facts:
*         To better enable construction contractors and construction projects owners to avoid costly delays, this seminar will cover the process and enforcement of North Carolina lien law, energy code, and the permitting process in Durham County. The principal instructor will be Plans Examiner Don Moore with the Durham City/County Inspections Department.

*         This free seminar is open to all business owners and entrepreneurs from Durham as well as surrounding communities. This seminar series was developed by the City's Equal Opportunity & Equity Assurance Department to provide technical assistance services to small and mid-sized businesses for this fiscal year. This is the second seminar in the fiscal year 2013-2014 series.
