[Durham INC] Fw: A Radio Tower in Every Yard?

I just got this posting from Jim and thought that it might be relevant to the discussions we've had at INC over the past year regarding cell tower installation reviews by the Citys Planning Dept.

This might be a troublesome issue.  Particularly for those who live in a HomeOwners Association where architectural reviews and board decisions might conflict or agree with CCR's and/or other governmental rules and regulations that not everyone might agree on.
