[Durham INC] Today 10 Duke Alert test

Please get the word out to the Duke Park Neighborhood Association, Old West Neighborhood Association, Tuscalossa-Lakewood, Walltown. Watts-Hillandale and Trinity Heights list serves. I have not been about to find a contact addresses for these neighborhood associations. I also find it difficult to send emails to neighborhood associations without joining their list serves.
