[Durham INC] RFP issued for non profit tenant at WI Patterson Recreation Center

The City of Durham recently released a Request for Proposals for a nonprofit tenant to be housed at the W.I. Patterson Recreation Center.  This small recreation center is located within the Crest Street Community.

Please note the REQUIRED Pre-Submittal conference on Monday, July 27, 2014 at 10:00 am.  This meeting will serve as the only opportunity for prospective tenants to view the building.
