[Durham INC] September Delegates Meeting

Below is the agenda for our September INC Delegates meeting. Please note that the September meeting is also our Annual Meeting.
A few house clearing items:
1. Please bring with you 3 - 4 questions you would like to see candidates asked at the INC forum. (No doubt, time to do this at the INC meeting, but best to come prepared.). Other forum facts:
The forum will be held at City Hall Chambers on Oct. 14th, 2015 and will be on DTN, live.
Closed caption will be paid for by the Chamber of Commerce.
Doors will open at 6:30 PM
Candidates introduced and rules explained at 6:45 PM. Forum begins at 7 PM over at 9 PM
DeWarren K. Langley will be moderator.
DeWarren is the Chair Citizens’ Advisory Committee, Vice Char Civilian Police Review Board, Vice Char Juvenile Crime Prevention Council, past co-facilitator PAC-3 and other civic organizations

2. A number of delegates have advised me of conflicts, please arrange alternates, to the extent possible.

The meeting will be held Tuesday, September 22ned at 7:00. As usual, we will meet at the Neighborhood Improvement Services Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Building #2, Golden Belt Arts Complex, 807 E. Main St. Any interested resident is welcome to attend. Please print out a copy of the agenda and bring it with you. If anyone has any requests for additions or changes to the agenda, please let me know.
