[Durham INC] Mini fitness parks

I was in Malaga (on the Mediterranean coast in southern Spain) last year 
and saw two of these mini fitness parks that were very popular. There 
was one right at the seaside walk that my sister and I used. They are 
owned and maintained by the city. Right next to it there was a 
city-operated bike rental place. All along the seaside walk you had 
segregated bike lanes.
