[Durham INC] Coffee with Council

FYI PAC 2 has already had its Coffee with Council last Monday, but hopefully
someone raised the matter!

Coffee with Council is an opportunity for citizens to speak on the budget.
It is one of the things that makes Durham a great place to live.  I live in
Pac 3 an intend to speak on this issue.  If you are of similar though and
live in another PAC please bring this idea to the Council.
