[Durham INC] a voter registration form with your lease (and one last note on early voting)

About 28,000 folks have voted already at early voting (beating 4 years ago already).  Tomorrow is the last day and polls are open 9AM to 1PM.


I guess the problem would be getting the General Assembly to let us do what Minneapolis is trying :
