> Learn to facilitate awareness, appreciation, knowledge, and stewardship of North Carolina's water resources through Project WET 2.0. This updated guide includes Action Education,
> Reading Corner, and new activities. The focus of this workshop will be on activities that align with Essential Science standards for grades 3-8.

> Project Learning Tree (PLT) is an interdisciplinary environmental education program designed for educators of ANY background. The hands-on activities explore communication,
> economics, energy and fuels, geology, government, history, recycling, transportation, watersheds, wildlife, and much more! Participants will learn about the materials through
> direct engagement in the PLT activities. On Wednesday join us for a half day tour. See up close how source water from Lake Michie and Little River Reservoir is treated for drinking
> and other consumptive purposes at the Brown Drinking Water Plant. Then follow us over to North Durham’s Water Reclamation Facility to see how “waste” water is treated before
