There are a bunch of judges running. The official voting guide is:

If you have heard the stories about tampering with elections, the paper ballots we have in Durham County are pretty secure (they check the software before and after the elections by running through a known set of ballots) so, as I see it, the main vulnerability would be in the registration information. It's a good day to check that registration information on you is correct anyway, at https://vt.ncsbe.gov/voter_search_public/ (the new website makes this very difficult to find).
Regards, pat

Durham County Significantly Expands Early Voting Hours
[Formal Shield]
Durham, NC -September 7, 2016- As counties across the state make critical decisions about the provision of early voting locations and hours, Durham County's Board of Elections has decided to be a leader.
In the last Presidential Election (the November 2012 General Election), Durham County led the state in the largest proportion of voters choosing to vote early. Nearly 70% of votes in Durham County were cast at early voting sites!
For the 2016 General Election, Durham County is expanding early voting by 55%, from 997.5 hours in 2012 to 1,541 hours this upcoming Election.
Durham County also has plentiful evening and weekend voting hours to help accommodate voters' schedules, staying open nearly every day of the early voting period until 7:30 p.m., including both Sundays. It is important to note that voters who are in line at the time voting sites close are always able to stay in line to vote.
Durham County is a shining example of a county reacting to the majority of its voters' preference to vote early and the Board working together to come up with a unanimous, bipartisan early voting schedule. As is being reported in state and national media, on Thursday, September 7th, the State Board of Elections will meet to literally set the early voting schedules for a third of our state (33 counties) because those county board of elections were unable to agree on a schedule.
Voting early makes voting easier. Voters who live in Durham County can vote at any early voting site in Durham County.
