[Durham INC] INC Call for Agenda Items

I don't think anyone proposed an exact resolution on the bonds, and to keep things really simple, I would propose this language:


The InterNeighborhood Council of Durham (INC), endorses the 4 bond referendum to be voted on on November 8th 2016, seeing the benefits of the investments proposed in them.


(Note that I am not sure we have ever taken a position on bond referendums in the past).
