[Durham INC] fiber install issues

I know other neighborhoods have had issues with the fiber install folks.
What I don't remember is what you were able to do to get relief.
We've had one street have lots of water connections busted.
We've had boxes put in yards without permission.
We've had large tree root systems compromised.

Enough complaints for the city to post a notice that "it is not us"

Anyone have successful strategies to share?
