[Durham INC] Billboard bill expected to go to vote Tuesday

There are Democrats who are sponsors.


Someone should point out to Representatives Goodman, Larry Bell, and Lucas (all Democrats) what kinds of horrid things could show up on cheap plentiful billboards (adult content, KKK ads, etc.) since there is little regulation that can be done on content of billboards.
