[Durham INC] Learn What Re-Building Together Is Doing

Rebuilding Together enables volunteers to do modifications and make critical repairs for safer, healthier, more accessible, and more energy efficient homes for low-income families. They provide training,materials and tools, as well as preparing the worksite in advance of each project and handling the paperwork and insurance for the volunteers.


Dan Sargent, Rebuilding Together's executive director, will talk about some of their projects and also cover some energy-efficiency ideas you can do for your residence.


This is the local Sierra Club meeting.  I thought it would be of interest to folks concerned about affordability and energy efficiency.
