[Durham INC] Durham County Library has a winter reading program

Over 100 libraries around the world will encourage their communities to read a target number of minutes and books. Mark Cuban will donate $35,000 to top participating libraries if all participating libraries reach a designated collective goal.  Our goal is 200,000 minutes for the month of January.
