*       Durham is joining a national program to lessen the negative impact municipal fines and fees<https://durhamnc.gov/ArchiveCenter/ViewFile/Item/4367> on our residents.

*       Students serving on the 2018-2019 Durham Youth Commission<https://cityordinances.durhamnc.gov/OnBaseAgendaOnline/Documents/ViewDocument/Final-Published%20Attachment%20-%2013153%20-%20PRESENTATION%20-%20DURHAM%20YOUTH%20COMMISSION%20ANNU.pdf?meetingId=307&documentType=Agenda&itemId=11075&publishId=51263&isSection=false> are getting a chance to learn how to be both leaders and servants for their community.
