[Durham INC] Board of Elections work getting ready for November

2 relevant items from the current newsletter:

  *   We will need people to work at early voting, precinct voting on November 3, and Multi-Partisan Assistance Teams (to help voters do vote-by-mail).  These are paid positions, and the application is at https://www.dcovotes.com/public-information/election-workers
  *   A lot of work is going into making voting safe
