[Durham INC] How is Durham promoting wearing masks?

How about engaging high school students in a "wear a mask" video contest?
How about billboard signs with people of all ages, colors, and
socioeconomic levels proudly and happily wearing masks?   and HOW to wear a
mask.  Only going to the grocery store is still dangerous.  ... with the NC
slogan Wear Wait Wash ... we must do something.
