deadline coming up on Friday, so time is of essence. Our speaker, Brian 
Smith, mentioned a few programs with links:

1) Carolina small business development fund - open until Friday 6/26.
Two parts, a loan and a grant:
   - durham loan program (>$500K revenue to $2M) (loans $5K-$35K)
   - grant program (<$500K revenue) (within city limits) (max $10K)
