Except for differing data with our talk from the BoE director I thought I
had heard: online application is already live, (I've sent
mine)...applications in the thousands are already being processed... and
there was encouragement to not wait as long to send in marked ballots or
apply for them, to keep the incoming volume for both aspects level and easy
to process in a timely manner.
