[Durham INC] INC Response to Comprehensive Plan Draft Community Objectives

Hi all,

Just prior to the January 2021 INC meeting, a committee was formed to 
deeply examine the Draft Community Objectives put forth by the Planning 
Department (PD) in its revision of the Comprehensive Plan. This 
committee has now finished its examination, and its comments are 
attached here as a pdf. (The document runs 23 pages, so I'm unable to 
include it in the body of this email.) Given the PD's tight deadline of 
February 19, the full INC is unable to vote on the comments before 
submission, so they will be submitted as "draft" comments. INC will vote 
on adopting these comments at its Feb. 23 meeting next week.
