Resolved that the InterNeighborhood Council calls upon the City of 
Durham and the firms owning and controlling the several utilities using 
public rights of way and utilities easements to do a better job of 
installing and repairing utility lines so as to cause the least 
surprise, damage and risk to the residents of Durham.  Tom WHHNA Moves 
Philip Azar TPA seconds.

REMINDER: INC Dues were due in January. The minimum is $25, all 
additional donations are welcome. As we are meeting virtually (fourth 
Tuesday of the month) you can't hand in your check. Please have your 
Treasurer send your check to our Post Office Box. Please be sure your 
neighborhood name is noted on the check somewhere.
