BOCC to Hold September 9th Work Session Virtually
Residents can watch online on YouTube or County website

Durham, N.C. - Due to the ongoing social distancing restrictions in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Durham Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) continue to hold meetings virtually. The next Work Session to be held this way is on Thursday, September 9, 2021, at 10:30 a.m.

The virtual option aligns with social distancing requirements which ensure the safety of citizens who wish to participate as well as Board members and Durham County Government staff. Citizens who wish to view the BOCC meeting can watch live on the County's website<https://www.dconc.gov/county-departments/departments-a-e/board-of-commissioners/commissioner-meetings-and-announcements/bocc-agendas-video-library> or on the County's YouTube channel<http://www.youtube.com/dcowebmaster>.

This session was moved from its normal first Monday of the month by the BOCC due to Labor Day on Monday, September 6, and the observance of Rosh Hashanah on September 7-8.

Residents wishing to submit citizen comments or to comment regarding agenda items should email them to the Clerk to the Board at clerk at dconc.gov<mailto:clerk at dconc.gov>. Comments must be submitted by 9 a.m. on Wednesday, September 8.
